Route 4/ Route 97 home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Route 4/ Route 97, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $6,450 while total sales increased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 110 homes sold, with a median sale price of $83,500 - a 7.2% decrease over the $89,950 median sale price for the previous year. There were 106 homes sold in Route 4/ Route 97 in 2017.

The median sales tax in Route 4/ Route 97 for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,853, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for 2018.
