Woodside home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Woodside, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $12,438 while total sales decreased by 7.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 107 homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,000 - a 6.4% decrease over the $195,438 median sale price for the previous year. There were 116 homes sold in Woodside in 2017.
