1. Resolution to Amend Chapter 5.18 -Raffles & Poker Runs Ordinance of the Sangamon County Code. 

2. Purchase Order No. 2019-014 & County Board Resolution -Election Systems Software for purchase of hardware & firmware license for election equipment at a cost of $79,687.88. 

3. Purchase Order No. 2019-015 & County Board Resolution-Various vendors for Election Publications for 2020 at a cost of $72,339. 

4. Purchase Order No. 2019-016-Byers Printing for election judge manuals at a cost of $3,625. 

5. Purchase Order No. 2019-017-Penske Truck Rental for 9 trucks at a cost of $9,315.

 6. Purchase Order No. 2019-018-Illinois Office Supply for various election supply items at cost of $16,234. 

7. Purchase Order No. 2019-019-Byers Printing for various election supply items at a cost of $5,436. 

8. Purchase Order No. 2019-020-Platinum Technology Resource LLC for a 3 year Defense Service Level Agreement & approval of contract at a cost of $20,030.
