Sangamon County Community Resources Committee met Feb. 25.

Members Present: Jason Ratts, Vera Small, Todd Smith, Lori Williams
Members Absent: Linda Fulgenzi, Ryan Melchin, Rose Ruzic
Others Present: Sarah Graham, David Petrilli, Greg Stumpf, Denise E. McCrady (Secretary)
Vice-Chair Ratts called the meeting to order at 5:15 p.m.
A motion to approve the minutes from December 18, 2019 meeting was made by Smith and seconded by Williams. Motion carried (4-0).
David Petrilli, Community Resources, presented the monthly Community Resources report.
Petrilli requested approval for the application of the Weatherization HHS Grant, the Weatherization State Grant, and the Weatherization DOE Grant. A motion to approve the requests was made by Williams and seconded by Small.
Sarah Graham, LLWA, requested approval of a travel request. A motion to approve the request was made by Smith and seconded by Smith. Motion carried (4-0).
Graham presented her monthly LLWA report.
A motion to approve the reports was made by Smith and seconded by Williams. Motion carried (4-0).
A motion for the acceptance of the Purchase Reports was made by Small and seconded by Smith. Motion carried (4-0).
There were no Old Business, or Public Comment.
A motion to adjourn was made by Small and seconded by Williams. Motion carried (4-0). Meeting adjourned.
