Present remotely: Trustee Chiaro, Detmers, Scherschel, Mau, Gerger, and Village President Kimsey. Absent: Trustee Mann

Others present remotely: Clerk Dahlkamp, Attorney Moredock, Police Chief Foli, Village Administrator McCarthy, and Chief Fiscal Officer Sherry Dierking.

Bonnie Bileck- Did attorney check to see if we were in a "breach of contract" pertaining to SSWC unable to supply water per contract?

*Village Administrator McCarthy said we were not in a breach of contract.

Trustee Gerger moved, seconded by Trustee Chiaro to put the consent agenda on the table for action. The consent agenda passed 5 yes, 0 no, and 1 absent as follows:Trustee Gerger yes, Trustee Chiaro yes, Trustee Detmers yes, Trustee Mau yes, Trustee Scherschel yes, and Trustee Mann absent.

C. Old Business

There was no old business this evening.

D. New Business

1. AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE USE OF GROUNDWATER AS A POTABLE WATER SUPPLY BY THE INSTALLATION OR USE OF POTABLE WATER SUPPLY WELLS OR BY ANY OTHER METHOD, Ordinance 20-18

Trustee Mau moved, Trustee Detmers seconded to put the ordinance on the table for action. Trustee Detmers moved to amend the ordinance to match the fine amounts correctly, this was seconded by Trustee Scherschel. This amendment passed 5 yes, 0 no, and 1 absent as follows: Trustee Gerger yes, Trustee Chiaro yes, Trustee Detmers yes, Trustee Mau yes, Trustee Scherschel yes, and Trustee Mann absent. Ordinance 20-18 passed 4 yes, 1 abstained, 1 present, and 1 absent as follows: Trustee Chairo yes, Trustee Mau yes, Trustee Detmers yes, Village President Kimsey yes, Trustee Gerger abstained, and Trustee Scherschel present.

2. POWER POINT PRESENTATION OF APPROPRIATIONS FOR ALL CORPORATE PURPOSES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING ON THE 1ST DAY OF MAY, A.D., 2020, AND ENDING ON THE 30TH DAY OF APRIL, A.D., 2021.

CFO Dierking presented this to the board. You can view this presentation on Board Docs. This will be voted on at the next Regular Board Meeting.
