New Business
1. Approval to Hire twenty-eight (28) Temp/Seasonal (Vote by Mail Processors) at an hourly salary of $12/hr effective 8/12/20. The expense of these employees will be reimbursed through the CARES Act Grant.
2. Approval to Promote & Adjust Salary for Jacquelyn Hilton from Deputy Clerk to Tax Extension Specialist/Election Clerk with an increase in annual salary from $38,668.14 to $43,668.14 effective 8/12/20.
3. Approval of Resolution & Purchase Order #438 Authorizing the Sangamon County Clerk's office to purchase additional Vote By Mail supplies from Byers Printing, due to COVID-19, in the amount of$32,685.02.
4. Approval of Purchase Order #506 for additional Vote By Mail envelopes from Quick Silver in the amount of $3,490.
