City of Athens Zoning Board of Appeals met Sept. 14.

Notice of Public Hearing is hereby given to all persons in the City of Athens Illinois that a public hearing with the Zoning Board of Appeals has been scheduled at 6:00 pm at the Athens City Hall in Athens Illinois.
The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider the following applications:
• 307 E Hargrave Street, Request for Special Use Permit to sell Produce
• 1001 N Route 29, Request to change Zoning from B-1 to R-1,and request for Special Use Permit to allow E- Commerce Business.
A copy of the application is available for the public viewing at City Hall in Athens Illinois.
All persons interested are invited to attend and be heard.
