Athens Community Unit School District 213 issued the following announcement on Oct. 16.
The Class 1A Cross Country Regional will be held at Porta on Saturday, October 24. Race times are as follows:
10:00am - Girls Section 1, comprised of each team’s 1 and 2 runners, plus individual runners with similar times
10:45am - Girls Section 2, comprised of each team’s 3 and 4 runners, plus individual runners with similar times
11:30am - Girls Section 3, comprised of each team’s 5, 6, and 7 runners, plus any remaining individual runners.
12:30pm - Boys Section 1, comprised of each team’s 1 and 2 runners, plus individual runners with similar times
1:45pm - Boys Section 2, comprised of each team’s 3 and 4 runners, plus individual runners with similar times
2:00pm - Boys Section 3, comprised of each team’s 5, 6, and 7 runners, plus any remaining individual runners.
