Engineering Report: Phil Weber-Austen Etherton will be meeting with the county for clarification of county line for road repairs. The Storm Sewer Plan has begun and all manholes have been located. The inlets were covered with screens and debris so full observation of amount of clean-out could not be assessed. Mayor VanPelt has stated that the screens have been removed by village employees as of today so this should no longer pose a problem. The Village Board will need to approve the mapping portion of the storm sewer plan in order for Petersburg Plumbing to provide a better estimate of the remaining work in order the for project.
Zoning Report: Dorothy Cole- 2 building permits issued. A potential homebuyer in Griffith’s Creek has inquired about whether or not a dock can be built on the pond. Attorney Hart has stated that the property would first need to be surveyed at the property owner’s expense as well as the neighborhood covenants reviewed.
Police Report: Report reviewed and discussed.
