The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in 16th Street/ Ash Street, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $17,420 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $40,000 - a 30.3% decrease over the $57,420 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in 16th Street/ Ash Street in February 2020.
