Route 4/ Route 97 home prices rose in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Route 4/ Route 97, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $61,250 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 96.1% increase over the $63,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Route 4/ Route 97 in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Route 4/ Route 97 for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,083, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
