Auburn median home prices fell by 37% in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Auburn fell by $43,500 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $74,000 - a 37% decrease over the $117,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Auburn in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Auburn for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,850, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
