Census Bureau: 77.8 percent of people in St. Charles were old enough to vote in 2019

Of the 32,686 citizens living in St. Charles in 2019, 25,426 were old enough to vote as of Jan. 26, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The bureau reported 13,061 of those people were female and 12,365 were male.

Data for this story was compiled from the bureau’s American Community Survey. Information from the survey helps to determine how federal and state funds are distributed.
