According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Karen S. Bates (64) has been registered to vote since 1993 and has voted in at least nine primary elections, records show, including three for Democrats and six for Republicans.
The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that Bates was the only registered voter residing at 519 N. Scott St., Mount Pulaski as of Oct. 10, 2020.
