Engineering Report: Phil Weber- The railing estimate from Salvagio Steel for the replacement of railing on Church St. will cost $9500 for an 80’ long railing painted primer gray. Phil will get bids for the sidewalk repair in front of the apartment building on Main St.

Zoning Report: Dorothy Cole- None

Police Report: No report to be reviewed

Approval of Minutes: The board approved the June 7th Regular Board Meeting Minutes.

Board discussion/approval of entry façade with landscaping in Hillcrest Subdivision. Trustee Hamlin presented the board with 2 bids for the sign. The first proposal would include a sign on both sides of the entrance and cost $9,982 or $6,471 for one side. The second proposal is smaller in size but would cost $8,057 for both sides or $4,921 for 1 side only. The larger sign would need a survey done as well as an easement from property owners. The board chose the smaller sign on both sides of the entrance.

Board discussion of sidewalk repair in front of the grade school apartments on Main St. Phil will get bids on the repairs to be presented to the board.

Board approval of Ordinance 2021-VOM-004, an ordinance approving the Intergovernmental Agreement with Mechanicsburg Township related to the “Street Repair Plan” approved by the Board of Trustees at the May 3, 2021 board meeting. This Intergovernmental Agreement is required by IDOT for seal coating and is not to exceed $36,225.
