1. Acceptance of Purchase Reports
2. WIC Program- Lisa Jones, RN
3. Approval to Hire an RN/Case Manager-WIC at an annual salary of $53,386.48 effective 10/17/21. The previous employee's termination date will be 9/8/21 and last paycheck date will be 9/17/21.
4. Approval to Hire an RN/Case Manager-HFI at an annual salary of $53,386.48 effective 10/17/21. The previous employee's is taking a lateral move into an open RN/Case Manager-WIC position.
5. Approval to Hire a Clerk Typist Il at an annual salary of $37,286.93 effective 9/14/21. The previous employee's termination date was 8/26/21 and last paycheck date will be 9/3/21. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag.
6. Approval to Hire a Kennel Attendant l at an annual salary of $32,898.28 effective 10/3/21. The previous employee's termination date was 8/22/21 and last paycheck date will be 9/3/21.
