April 2021: Atlanta experienced a 23% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Atlanta rose by $21,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 23% increase over the $93,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Atlanta in April 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Atlanta for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,913, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for April 2021.
