Home prices decreased in Lincoln during March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Lincoln fell by $500 while total sales increased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $86,000 - a 0.6% decrease over the $86,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Lincoln in March 2020.

The median sales tax in Lincoln for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,863, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for March 2021.
