Median home prices in Atlanta rose to $126,025 in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Atlanta rose by $62,618 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,025 - a 98.8% increase over the $63,408 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Atlanta in March 2020.
