Lincoln median home prices fell by 2.1% in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Lincoln fell by $1,810 while total sales increased by 107.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $83,090 - a 2.1% decrease over the $84,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Lincoln in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Lincoln for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,863, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
