Lincoln home prices rose in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Lincoln rose by $6,250 while total sales increased by 48.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 83 homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,000 - a 7.9% increase over the $78,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Lincoln in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Lincoln for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,863, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
