The fourth quarter of 2020: Lincoln experienced a 13.8% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Lincoln fell by $12,400 while total sales increased by 97.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 89 homes sold, with a median sale price of $77,500 - a 13.8% decrease over the $89,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Lincoln in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Lincoln for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,863, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
