The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Emden rose by $18,455 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $99,750 - a 22.7% increase over the $81,295 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Emden in the second half of 2019.
