City of Lincoln issued the following announcement on Oct. 22
Beginning Monday, October 25, 2021, the payment drop boxes on Kickapoo Street will not be available for use. The Street Department will be installing new drop boxes. Once the new boxes are fully installed, you may resume dropping your payments.
