On Aug. 23, Nathaniel Sprague purchased a one bedroom home at 112 N. Evans St., Lincoln from Brenda Diane Sheley for $127,000.

This property is one of three sales so far in Lincoln in August 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Diane Sheley has been registered to vote since 1978 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.
