On June 17, Jane Dewitt purchased a two bedroom home at 540 First St., Lincoln from Gerald A. Palmer for $68,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,975.02, 2.88% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $20,000 on Dec. 22, 2009.

So far in June 2021, three properties sold in Lincoln.
