On Dec. 8, Springfield City purchased a property at 1020 N. 10th St., Springfield from Benjamin and Margaret Kruger for $375,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,804.64, 0.75% of the sale price of the home.

This property last sold for $75,000 on Dec. 13, 2005.

So far in December 2021, 56 properties sold in Springfield.
