On Dec. 15, Ronald Farmer purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 2434 S. 14th St., Springfield from Lidong Ding and Haiyan Chen for $25,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $524.66, 2.1% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Aug. 29, 2016 for $17,000.

So far in December 2021, 105 properties sold in Springfield.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Keisha N. Wilson, was the only registered voter residing at 2434 S. 14th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
