On Dec. 22, Bradley and Valerie Hampton purchased a home at 820 Lindal Lane, Chatham from Michael and Kristen L. Wilbern for $375,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $7,235, 1.93% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $39,900 on March 2, 2011.

So far in December 2021, 18 properties sold in Chatham.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kristen L. Wilbern has been registered to vote since 1998 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary. Michael A. Wilbern has been registered to vote since 2005.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
