Sangamon County Civil Liabilities Committee met Nov. 18.

PRESENT: Craig Hall - Chair, James Schackmann - Vice Chair, Kevin McGuire, David Mendenhall, Sam Snell, Greg Stumpf, Joel Tjelmeland & Linda Douglas-Williams
PRESENT: none
OTHERS: Joel Benoit, Sheriff Jack Campbell, Russell Reed, Eric Black, & Mary Carter (secretary)
A quorum was present. Chair Hall called the meeting to order at 502p McGuire made a motion to approve the minutes from October 21st and Mendenhall seconded Motion carried (8-0)
New Business:
Joel Benoit & Legal Associates-Joel gave an update on pending litigation
Stumpf made a motion to go into closed session at 503p and Douglas-Williams seconded. Motion carried (8-0)
Tjelmeland made a motion to come out of closed session at 517p and Snell seconded. Motion carried (8-0)
Purchase Report: no reports to approive

There was no public comment.
Snell made a motion adjourn and Schackmann seconded. Motion carried (8-0) and the meeting adjourned at 5:24 pm.
