On Jan. 4, Airport Authority Springfield purchased a home at 579 Estill Drive, Springfield from Michael C. Brennan for $62,100.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,118.44, 1.8% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of five sales so far in Springfield in January 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Charles T Brennan, 91, was the only registered voter residing at 579 Estill Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
