On Jan. 4, Timothy M. and Noell H. Lenardo purchased a home at 3212 Falcon Point, Springfield from Robert V. and Mary L. Trask for $925,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $18,475.92, 2.0% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, five properties sold in Springfield.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Mary L. Trask has been registered to vote since 1996 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries. Robert V. Trask has been registered to vote since 1996.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 3212 Falcon Point as of Oct. 10, 2020: Mary L. Trask, 58, Jane Elizabeth Trask, 27, Robert V. Trask, 63, Benjamin Robert Trask, 24, and Katherine M. Trask, 28.
