Southern View home prices rose in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Southern View rose by $25,100 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 33.5% increase over the $74,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Southern View in the second half of 2020.
