Pricing for the median home in Chatham increased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Chatham rose by $30,350 while total sales increased by 12.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 98 homes sold, with a median sale price of $189,250 - a 19.1% increase over the $158,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 87 homes sold in Chatham in the second half of 2020.
