409 Ninth St., Lincoln purchased by Brian Hutchison

On Jan. 19, Brian Hutchison purchased a one bedroom home at 409 Ninth St., Lincoln from Heirs of John Foy Geary, J|| for $27,000.

So far in January 2022, two properties sold in Lincoln.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, John F. Geary has been registered to vote since 1966 and has voted in at least 10 primary elections, records show, including 10 Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 409 Ninth St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Tawnya R. Geary, 39, and John F. Geary, 84.
