January 2022: Home prices in Lincoln increased

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Lincoln rose by $52,400 while total sales decreased by 17.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,900 - a 91.1% increase over the $57,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Lincoln in January 2021.

The median sales tax in Lincoln for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,863, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for January 2022.
