1. Purchase Order & County Board Resolution-Election Systems & Software for voting equipment hardware maintenance & software renewal license at a cost of $79,687.88.
2. Purchase Order & County Board Resolution-Platinum Technology Resource, LLC for 3 year renewal license for voter registration, same day registration and election worker software at a cost of $283,383.45.
3. Purchase Order-Platinum Technology Resource, LLC for voter registration redistricting updates-recoding at a cost of $9,360.
4. Purchase Order-Sprocket Websites, Inc for website redesign at a cost of $8,100.
5. Purchase Order-Verizon Wireless for 2022 wireless service/devices for Election Day Registration at a cost of $6,300.
6. Approval to Hire an Election Clerk at an annual salary of $33,000 effective 4/12/22. This position will be partially funded by vacancy created when an Election Office employee retired.
7. Approval to Hire Alex Edwards-Election Clerk at an annual salary of $31,138.19 effective 4/12/22. Filling vacancy of retired employee at 61% of budgeted salary.
8. Approval to Hire Sixteen (16) temp/seasonal (Early & Vote By Mail) clerks at an hourly salary of $13.00/hr effective 4/12/22.
9. Approval to Hire Jeff Berry-Temp/Seasonal Election Judge/Registrar Trainer at an hourly salary of $20.00/hr effective 4/12/22.
10. Approval to hire a Part Time Deputy Clerk (County Clerk's office) at an hourly salary of $13.00/hr effective 5/16/22.
