There were 1,155 white students enrolled in Pleasant Plains Community Unit School District 8 in the 2021-22 school year, 1% more than the previous year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education report.

Data showed that Pleasant Plains Community Unit School District 8 welcomed 1,269 students during the 2021-22 school year. Among them, white students comprised 92.8% of the student body to be the most represented ethnicity in the district.
