• Purchase Order-ConvergeOne in the amount of $28,798 for FY24 ISD Cisco Maintenance-Duo

• Purchase Order-Rocket Software, Inc in the amount of $8,327.79 for FY24 ISD Maintenance- RocketMX Renewal 

• Purchase Order-Sprocket Websites Inc in the amount of $4,200 for FY24 ISD Contractual –Sprocket 

Recorder's Office, Josh Langfelder 

• Approval to hire a Micrographics/Vault Recorder Clerk at an annual salary of up to $49,514.91 effective 3/1/24. This is a new position.

• Resolution & Purchase Order-United States Postal Service in the amount of $120,000 for pre-paid postage for mailing machines service.
