Public Health Update 

1. Kaila Kirbach, Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program 

2. Acceptance of Purchase Reports 

3. Approval to hire a replacement Lab Technician II at an annual salary of $57,233.25 effective 2/28/24; the previous employee moved to a different position within the department on 1/5/24 and left the position at an annual salary of $57,233.25. 

4. Approval to hire a replacement HFI Support Worker at an annual salary of up to $65,531 effective 2/28/24; the previous employee moved to a different position within the department on 12/17/23 and left the position at an annual salary of $58,000. 

5. Approval to hire a replacement Disease Intervention Specialist at an annual salary of up to $65,531 effective 2/28/24; the previous employee left the position on 11/30/23 at an annual salary of $44,686.77 and left the payroll system on 12/8/23. 

6. Approval to hire a replacement E.I. Service Coordinator at an annual salary of up to $61,527 effective 3/16/24; the previous employee left the position on 1/31/24 at an annual salary of $55,000 and will leave the payroll on 2/16/24.
