On Saturday, January 6, former Lake Weir High School standout, Re'Niya Ford’s current college team, the UIS Prairie Stars, won 84-80 in their NCAA D2 game against the William Jewell Cardinals.

The game took place in Liberty, Missouri. This was the first matchup against the William Jewell Cardinals this season.

The UIS Prairie Stars’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, January 11 at 5:30 p.m. in Springfield, Illinois.
