4. CONSENT AGENDA AND VOTE

Matters on the Consent Agenda will be considered by a single motion and vote because they already have been considered fully by the Board at a previous meeting, or have been determined to be of a routine nature. Any member of the Board of Trustees may request that an item be moved from the Consent Agenda to Current Business for separate consideration.

A. An Ordinance Granting an Amendment to an Approved Design Review Permit for 19-23 West Harris Avenue for Changes to a Building after Construction

B. An Ordinance Granting a Design Review Permit for 115 North La Grange Road

C. A Resolution Authorizing the Village Manager to Execute Task Orders No. 278 and 280 with Baxter and Woodman, Inc. for Engineering Services Related to the Brainard Avenue and Shawmut Avenue Resurfacing Project

D. A Resolution Approving Illinois Department of Transportation Forms for the Brainard Avenue and Shawmut Avenue Resurfacing Project

E. A Resolution Authorizing Participation in a Joint Salt Purchase Master Contract for the Purchase of Rock Salt

5. CURRENT BUSINESS
