Approval of the Minutes from February 27th 

New Business 

Heartland Housed-Josh Sabo 

1. Approval to hire a replacement System Support Specialist at an annual salary range of  $36,409-45,511 effective 5/14/24; the previous employee left the position on 3/1/24 at an annual salary of $43,820.40 and left the payroll system on 3/15/24. 

LLWA-Michelle Griebler 

Community Resources-Dave MacDonna 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Fiscal Manager at an annual salary range of $49,222-58,000 effective 4/24/24; the previous employee left the position on 4/4/24 at an annual salary of $52,522.55 and left the payroll system on 4/12/24. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag. Due to the nature of this position it is being presented to Finance first and then oversight. Approval is contingent on oversight approval from the Community Resources committee tonight.

2. Approval to hire a replacement Caseworker at an annual salary range of $30,002-37,503  effective 5/15/24; the previous employee left the position on 5/13/23 at an annual salary of $37,079.06 and left the payroll system on 5/26/23. 

3. Approval to hire a CSBG Intake Clerk at an annual salary range of $31,000-34,000 effective  5/15/24; the previous employee left the position on 3/26/24 at an annual salary of $33,632 and left the payroll system on 4/12/24.
