Coroner, Jim Allmon
1. Approval to hire James McFadden for an internship at an annual salary of $2,000 effective 6/1/24; the previous employee left the position on 9/1/23 at an annual salary of $2,000 and left the payroll system on 9/15/23.
2. Approval to hire a Morgue Attendant at an hourly salary of $20 effective 5/29/24; the previous employee left the position on 4/19/24 at an hourly salary of $20 and left the payroll system on 4/26/24.
Child Advocacy, Denise Johnson
1. Approval for a Salary Adjustment for Samantha DuBois, Advocate, effective 7/1/24; her salary will change from $45,760.07 to $50,336. This is due to an update in the DCFS Grant.
2. Approval for a Salary Adjustment for Cody Haley, Advocate, effective 7/1/24; his salary will change from $45,760.07 to $50,336. This is due to an update in the DCFS Grant.
3. Approval for a Salary Adjustment for Breanna Bradley, Advocate, effective 7/1/24; her salary will change from $45,760.07 to $50,336. This is due to an update in the DCFS Grant.
4. Approval for a Salary Adjustment for John Scheller, Outreach Coordinator, effective 7/1/24; his salary will change from $49,919.81 to $50,336. This is due to an update in the DCFS Grant.
Community Resources, Dave MacDonna
1. Approval to hire a replacement Fiscal Manager at an annual salary range of $55,628-$69,535 effective 5/29/24; the previous employee left the position on 10/27/23 at an annual salary of $59,708 and left the payroll system on 11/10/23. Due to the nature of this position it is being presented to Finance first and then oversight. Approval is contingent on oversight approval from the Community Resources committee tonight.
