1. Purchase Order-Maximus for cost allocation and indirect cost rate reports in the amount of $35,820. 

Public Health, John Ridley 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Health Educator at an annual salary of $48,120.44 effective 7/7/24; the previous employee left the position on 5/31/24 at an annual salary of $48,120.44 and left the payroll system on 6/7/24. 

2. Approval to hire a replacement Animal Control Officer I at an annual salary of $40,019.13 effective 7/7/24; the previous employee left the position on 5/31/24 at an annual salary of $45,485.80 and left the payroll system on 6/7/24. 

3. Approval to hire a replacement Clerk Typist II-Clinic at an annual salary of $41,095.80 effective 6/25/24; the previous employee left the position on 5/15/24 at an annual salary of $41,095.80 and left the payroll system on 5/24/24. 

4. Approval to hire a replacement Clerk Typist II-Environmental Health at an annual salary of $41,095.74 effective 6/25/24; the previous employee was promoted on 4/24/24 and left the position at an annual salary of $41,095.74. 

5. Approval to hire an Environmental Health Supervisor at an annual salary of up to $73,539 effective 6/25/24. This is a new position and is part of the reorganization of the Environmental Health Division.

7. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the WIC Breastfeeding Peer Counselor Grant from the Illinois Department of Human Services in the amount of $59,376. This is a renewal and matching funds are not required. 

8. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the WIC Supplemental Grant from the Illinois Department of Human Services in the amount of $674,016. This is a renewal and matching funds are not required.

County Administration, Brian McFadden 

1. Agreement between Sangamon County and the Sustainable Food Institute of America for an on-site assessment at Williamsville Community Unit School District #15 in the amount of $5,000.
