LLWA-Michelle Griebler 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Workforce Specialist at an annual salary of $42,000 effective 9/2/24; the previous employee will leave the position on 8/2/24 at an annual salary of $42,000 and will leave the payroll system on 8/16/24. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag. This position is 100% grant funded. 

Community Resources-Dave MacDonna 

1. Resolution to approve the application and forward to the Finance Committee for approval of the LIHEAP Grant (25-254038) with anticipated grant revenue of $1,522,964; matching funds not required 

2. Resolution to approve the application and forward to the Finance Committee for approval of the Weatherization Grant (24-221038) with anticipated grant revenue of $652,218; matching funds not required 

3. Resolution to approve the application and forward to the Finance Committee for approval of the Weatherization Grant (25-251038) with anticipated grant revenue of $286,495' matching funds not required
