1. Approval to hire a replacement Part Time Death Investigator at an annual salary of  $10,000 effective 8/27/24; the previous employee left the position on 6/16/24 at an annual salary of $10,000 and left the payroll system on 7/5/24.

Sheriff's Office, Tim Eggleston 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Records Clerk at an annual salary range of $33,206- 41,507 effective 9/30/24; the previous employee left the position on 8/14/24 at an annual salary of 39,065.91 and will leave the payroll system on 8/30/24. 

2. Approval to hire a replacement Cook at an annual salary of $37,551 effective 9/30/24; the previous employee left the position on 8/15/24 at an annual salary of $50,503 and will leave the payroll system on 8/30/24.

14.Approve a salary adjustment for Kirsta Dodd, Account Secretary with an increase in salary from $44,499.46 to $48,949.41 effective 9/8/24. Requesting to re-categorize this position from a Grade 6 to a Grade 8. 

15. Approve a promotion/salary adjustment for Renee Tomko. Her position will change from Clerk Typist I to Clerk Typist II with an increase in salary from $35,692.60 to $37,856.07 effective 9/8/24. 

16. Resolution to approve the application and forward to the County Board for acceptance of the Comprehensive Local Health Protection Grant- Sangamon from the Illinois Department of Public Health in the amount of $419,931. This is a renewal and no matching funds are required. 

17.Resolution to approve the application and forward to the County Board for acceptance of the Comprehensive Local Health Protection Grant- Menard from the Illinois Department of Public Health in the amount of $106,706. This is a renewal and no matching funds are required.
