a. Resolution approving the Planning Year 2024 agreement with the Springfield-Sangamon County Regional Planning Commission for the Planning Year 2024 Unified Planning Work Program.
b. Resolution approving a Joint Funding Agreement with the Illinois Department of Transportation for the Woodside/Iron Bridge Road grade separation project.
6. Committee Approvals.
a. Approval of a purchase order in the amount of $20,000 from the County Highway Fund payable to Gardner Township for intersection repairs made by P.H. Broughton and Sons, Inc. at the intersection of Old Jacksonville Road and Meadowbrook Road.
b. Approval of a purchase order in the amount of $19,000 from the County Matching Fund payable to Midwest Engineering and Testing, Inc. for various asphalt, concrete, aggregate and soil testing services.
c. Approval to hire/promote Bobby Salmon as Lead Mechanic - Automobiles.
d. Approval to hire/promote Nathan Doty as Lead Mechanic - Heavy Trucks & Equipment.
e. Approval of a purchase order in the amount of $22,850 from the County Highway Fund payable to Seiler Geospatial for the purchase of a used Trimble S5 Robotic Surveying System.
f. Approval of a purchase order in the amount of $11,100 from the County Highway Fund payable to Seiler Geospatial for the replacement of a Trimble data collector.
g. Approval of a purchase order in the amount of $12,000 from the County Highway Fund payable to Birkey's, Inc. for the replacement of a loader control valve on the Case Wheel Loader.
h. Approval of a purchase order in the amount of $10,000 from the County Highway Fund payable to NAPA Auto Parts for the purchase of miscellaneous parts for automobiles and equipment.
