The Illinois College men's golf team participated in the Aurora College Invite, securing a sixth-place finish among 18 competing teams. The team achieved a total score of 615.
Tre Whalig led the Blueboys by tying for ninth place individually with a final score of 149 after two rounds. Jarrett James tied for 25th place with a score of 154, and Tanner Romine finished tied for 29th with a score of 156, completing the top three performers for the team.
Looking ahead, Illinois College will host the IC Fall Preview at The Rail in Springfield, Illinois, on Monday, September 12th at 10:00 AM.
