a. Resolution approving the award of low bid for CH 8 and CH 17 traffic signal reconstruction.
b. Resolution approving the award of low bid for CH 43 pedestrian crosswalk warning construction.
c. Resolution approving a supplemental agreement with Cummins Engineering Corporation for engineering and structural design services for the Oak Crest Bridge in Clear Lake Township.
d. Resolution approving the purchase of an oil distributor from Roland Machinery, Inc.
e. Resolution approving the FY2025 procurement of diesel fuel and motor fuel in the amount of $200,000.
f. Resolution approving FY 2025 procurement of water, electric and sewer services from City Water, Light & Power in the amount of $45,000.

a. Approval to dispose of vinyl cutter from sign shop.
b. Approval to hire three (3) maintainers.
c. Approval of FY 2024 Purchase Orders
i. Hanson Professional Services in the amount of $27,553 from the Federal Aid Matching Fund for land acquisition services on the Iron Bridge Extension between Woodside Road and Knight's Recreation Drive.
ii Landmark Ford Trucks in the amount of $8,400 from the Highway Fund to replace an engine in Truck #9 2017 F350.
d. Approval of FY 2025 Purchase Orders
i. Ameren, Illinois in the amount of $17,500 for Traffic Signals and Lights.
ii. Ben Tire in the amount of $25,000 for purchase of tires.
iii. Central Illinois AG, Inc. in the amount of $15,000 for miscellaneous tractor and mower parts and labor.
iv. Centre State International Trucks, Inc. in the amount of $16,500 for miscellaneous parts.
v. Clear Water Enterprises in the amount of $8,000 for gas utility services.
vi. Drake-Scruggs Equipment, Inc. in the amount of $5,000 for aerial boom truck inspection parts and services.
vii. Farm and Home Supply in the amount of $24,000 for miscellaneous shop supplies, small equipment purchases and clothing allowance for the Highway and Fleet Maintenance Departments.
viii. Goodyear Tires from State of Illinois joint purchase program in the amount of $7,500 for the purchase of tires for various vehicles and equipment.
ix. Henry's Service Center, Inc. in the amount of $10,000 for miscellaneous parts.
x. Landmark Ford Truck in the amount of $27,500 for various parts and repair services.
xi. Martin Equipment in the amount of $5,000 for miscellaneous equipment parts.
xii. Nelson Oil Company in the amount of $27,000 for the purchase of various oils and anti-freeze.
xiii. O'Reilly's Auto Parts in the amount of $29,500 for various vehicle parts and supplies.
xiv. Pomp's Tire Services in the amount of $5,000 for miscellaneous tire services.
xv. Roland Machinery in the amount of $7,500 for various equipment parts.
xvi. Rush Truck Centers in the amount of $20,000 for various vehicle parts and repair services.
xvii. Verizon Wireless in the amount of $12,000 for cellular telephone services.
xviii. Woody's Municipal Supply in the amount of $15,000 for various truck, equipment and plow parts.
